Fortney & Weygandt, Inc. recently completed construction on City BBQ in Fairlawn, OH. This was a 3,519 square foot tenant build-out restaurant project.
Fortney & Weygandt, Inc. recently completed construction on a Panda Express restaurant in Chesapeake, VA. This was a new, free standing 2,216 square foot restaurant with a drive-thru.
Fortney & Weygandt, Inc. was recently provided a challenge by the Arby’s Corporation, remodel a restaurant in 12 days versus a standard schedule of 4 weeks.
Fortney & Weygandt has nearly four decades of experience in the restaurant industry and has had a longtime relationship with Arby’s Restaurant Group for nearly 15 years. In that time we have built and remodeled many locations for the popular restaurant chain. Arby’s got its start in Boardman, OH in 1964 by Leroy and Forrest Raffel. Today there are more than 3,000 locations across the country.
Located in the heart of Downtown Cleveland on East 4th Street, Fortney & Weygandt, Inc. is working on another project for Michael Symon Restaurants. Having completed numerous B Spot Burgers, we were awarded their next venture, Mabel’s BBQ.
