1983 - Step into the national retail market with regional renovations for Radio Shack, which included 275+ stores over a 10 year period
1991 - Complete 100+ renovation projects for Revco Drug Stores
1994 - Rollout services started
1996 - Built new headquarters in North Olmsted
1997 - Design/Build services started
1997 - Convert 1,800+ Revco Drug Stores for CVS Pharmacy (This started our long term relationship with CVS that still continues today)
1997 - Start building for Sunrise Senior Living (first project in Bath, OH)
2001 - Bob wins entrepreneur of the year for Ernst & Young
2001 - Tower Press project (We were awarded by AIA and the Restoration Society)
2005 - Start relationship with Darden
2006 - Hit $1 billion dollars of work
2008- Celebrate 30 years of business with “Best Fest” at the Time Warner Amphitheater
2008 - Acquire C.J. Torre Construction in San Diego, CA
2008 - Hunter’s Point AIMCO—$40 million project
2009 - Start building for Brookdale Senior Living (first project in Westlake, OH)
2012 - Build new office for De Nora Tech (LEED accredited)
2014 - Greg Freeh becomes President
2015 - Hit $2 billion dollars of work
2018 - Fortney & Weygandt, Inc. celebrates 40 year anniversary
2019 - Leadership Transition - Mitch Lapin named President & Greg Freeh, CEO
