Brookdale came to us with plans to expand their Chambrel campus with the addition of a memory care facility. However, the original cost quoted was prohibitive. They asked us to scrutinize the plan and see where we could help reduce costs.

Fortney & Weygandt, Inc., working hand-in-hand with the design team, reduced costs by $800,000 on a 24,000 square foot memory care facility. The building size and resident capacity were not compromised. In addition to the initial savings, the costs on the GMP came in less resulting in further savings totaling $70,000 on a project that was delivered on time.
