Space Shop Self Storage

Location: North Olmsted, OH

Conversion of former 45,460 SF Toys R Us store into a climate controlled self-storage facility. This self storage conversion involved significant changes to the façade and site to accommodate brand standards and additional storage. The project also involved adding free-standing pre-engineered metal storage buildings.
