Cube Smart Self Storage

Location: Southgate, MI

A self storage conversion of former 65,000 SF Kroger's store into 100,000 SF of climate controlled self-storage by adding 50,000 SF of pre-engineered mezzanine. To accommodate the mezzanine, we raised the roof on the existing building. The project also involved adding 26,800 SF of free-standing pre-engineered metal storage buildings.
