Fortney & Weygandt, Inc. recently completed construction on an Extended Stay America in Port Charlotte, FL. This was a 53,000 square foot 4 story new build hotel. This 120 room hotel offers 9 room variations to fit their clients needs. The hotel is conveniently located off I-75, just miles from the harbor.
We completed this project for Extended Stay America and the architect was Rule Joy Trammell Rubio Architecture & Interior Design.
