Fairfield Inn & Suites is celebrating the grand opening of their newest hotel in Indiana. Located at 1335 West Main Street, this 105 room Fairfield Inn & Suites is owned by Schahet Hotels and is opening in a great location near shopping and restaurants in Carmel. Fortney & Weygandt, Inc. was the general contractor and Bounds & Gillespie was the architect for this 60,900 square-foot, 4 story block and plank hotel.

This new hotel features a fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor patio, breakfast area and meeting space. It has also adopted Fairfield Inn & Suites newest design and décor that they started implementing in late 2017. According to Marriott’s website, the new décor package is “warm, timeless, forward-thinking, and inviting with simple nods back to the brand’s heritage. Specific elements meant to evoke feelings from the Fairfield Farm include a farmhouse table in the lobby for gathering and connecting, photography from the Fairfield Farm serving as artwork in the lobby and guest rooms, natural materials and unique textures featured throughout, and a history wall in every property showcasing the brand’s roots.”
